There are only five pregnancy stages. I was blessed to be pregnant with my first child, but I admit that I felt like a “baby” for the first time!
Having been pregnant for any length of time, I’ve observed several pregnancy stages during my pregnancy. I now have a full set of children. I’m still learning about them all, but I can share some of the steps I’ve encountered.
The first stage of pregnancy was the feeling of “birth” when they were born. It was overwhelming. Not only was I overwhelmed at the time, but my husband was as well. For me, this was the first stage of pregnancy.
The second stage of pregnancy is relaxing. In my case, I just needed to let the child come out of me. I would take naps. I ate healthily and had regular exercise.
The third stage is “comfort.” This stage is when the baby is finally in your arms. The first few days after birth are the most exciting. You’re crying, and it hurts to walk, but at the same time, it feels so good!
The fourth stage is “settling down.” You need to rest and adjust to the fact that you will never be pregnant again. The last few weeks are going to be hard.
The fifth stage is “discovery.” This is when you realize how important having children is. Of course, it’s not all good…
Don’t hesitate to let your emotions come out. Keep حوامل short and sweet.
